# Track your usage

> See how many calls, leads, and outbound runs your organization has used.

  The Usage page gives you a quick read on your organization's consumption so you know where you stand against your plan.

  <Step title="Open the usage page">
    From the dashboard, go to `/usage`.

  <Step title="Read the metrics">
    Three cards summarize your activity:

    * <strong>Calls</strong> — total calls across your organization
    * <strong>Leads</strong> — leads saved across your audiences
    * <strong>Outbounds</strong> — campaign runs created

    <Check>
      Numbers reflect your current organization. Switch organizations to see another's usage.
    </Check>

  <Step title="Upgrade if needed">
    Click **Upgrade** to manage your plan when you're approaching your limits.

## Troubleshooting

    A dash means the figure is still loading. Refresh after a moment. Counts cover the organization you're currently viewing.

  <Accordion title="I hit a limit while working">
    Some actions (like creating agents) are capped by your plan. Upgrade from the Usage page, then retry.
