The dashboard is your home base for building agents, placing calls, and reviewing results. This page explains what each area is for so you know where to go next.

The home page

When you sign in you land on the dashboard home, which summarizes your call activity:
  • Call volume — how many calls your agents have handled over time
  • Average handle time — the typical length of a call
  • Trends — changes in activity so you can spot busy and quiet periods
If you’re brand new and the charts are empty, that’s expected. Create an agent and place a first call to start seeing data — see Create your first agent.

Where things live

Build and configure your AI agents at /agents. Each agent has tabs for overview, personality, voice, scripts, questions, data extraction, appointments, and a website widget.
Review every call at /calls — listen to recordings, read transcripts and summaries, and filter by agent or direction. Schedule outbound calls at /scheduled-calls.
Generate prospect lists at /lead-generation and run automated outreach at /campaigns.
Define your services and bookable appointments at /offerings, connect a calendar, manage /locations, and curate your /knowledge-base and FAQs.
Invite teammates at /members, track consumption at /usage, and manage organization settings at /settings.

Roles and access

Some pages are restricted to organization owners and admins. Members with read-only access won’t see configuration pages like agent creation, calls, or settings. See Invite and manage members for details on roles.

Troubleshooting

  • Make sure you’ve created at least one agent
  • Place a test call (via the website widget or a scheduled outbound) to generate data
  • Confirm you’re viewing the right organization if you belong to more than one
Your role may be limited to read-only access. Ask an owner or admin to upgrade your role on the Members page.
